Entregar justo a tiempo.
No sobrecargar a los miembros del equipo.
Optimizar el uso de recursos y personas.
Ideal para mantenimiento evolutivo y correctivo.
¿Cómo utilizarlo?
1. Comenzar con lo que se hace ahora.
4. Liderazgo en todos los niveles.
2. Perseguir un cambio incremental y
evolutivo.
fluido y constante.

  1. We've shared a lot of context today, and we've hopefully learned a lot about each other.   As we all go away and think about what a future collaboration/relationship might look like, I’d like to leave you with a simple summary of why our clients choose - and continue - to work with us over the long term...   We recently spoke 1-on-1 with 50 senior executives from our clients around the world about their experience of ThoughtWorks. They all told us that the big difference between ThoughtWorks and everyone else they’ve worked with comes down to the "killer combination" of two things: (1) the intellect, passion, curiosity and disruptive thinking of our people, and (2) the fact that we always deliver - even the most challenging and complex circumstances.
  2. We are over 2500 people across 6 continents, 12 countries and 29 offices.   This means we are able to adapt to our clients, and be where they need us to be, when they need us to be there. It’s not uncommon for a relationship to start in one location, and then move around the world along with our clients’ needs.   At any given time we have 20% of our workforce on-the-go and living abroad in a country other than the one where they first became a ThoughtWorker. This means we get this incredible global community of diverse, internationally minded people. We actually know each other because we actually work together. And we are intentional about mining and sharing ideas and practices around the world. From the Global South - where we see a lot of frugal innovation happening - to the Global North, and vice versa, as well as from North-to-North and South-to-South.   We also have global delivery centres in India, China and Brazil, where we serve clients in the local markets, as well as clients from around the world.
