15. Our approach
15
A brand is a promise to customers. It determines
the company's credibility, distinguishes it from others
and is a decisive factor that makes customers trust it.
Our mission is to help fulfill this promise; to express
the brand in a way that demonstrates its value
that meets customers’ needs as well as creating
an authentic connection and engagement them.
To achieve this, we create a strategy that will achieve
the best results, taking into account existing challenges
and limitations.
WHAT WE DO
16. Our approach
16
Thanks to it, we can choose the right means to tell
the story appropriate for the brand.
The most effective interactive experiences are the effect
of synergy of intelligent design thinking and creative use
of technology.
With the right knowledge, we can:
• define goals
• specify methods
• set a schedule
• determine success rates
WHAT WE DO
17. Our approach
17
Each project is unique. Each one, however, starts with
identifying the exploration phase to determine both the goal
and the ideal outcome.
Typically, we set out to understand:
• business background
• motivations for decisions made so far
• problems encountered by the client
• needs and expectations
• professed values
• competition
• industry and subjects
• target group
WHAT WE DO
18. Brand image in digital space
18
We create and implement a strategy for building brand
image on the web.
It includes:
• creating websites - from effective landing pages
to e-commerce and extensive online company
profile presentations, including tools
for communication with the client
• management of social media activities
• monitoring, analytics and adjusting activities
to changing conditions
WHAT WE DO
19. Engagement
19

around the brand and engaging it in regular activities.

• organizing campaigns combining on-line and off-line
activities

that are designed to attract and hold the user's
attention.
We offer our clients:
• project supervisor
• an editorial team creating substantive content
• a team of designers responsible for visual
creation
• a team of specialists from various creative fields,
thanks to which we carry out many non-standard
activities
WHAT WE DO
21. Partnership
21
Our work is based on open and honest
communication. During the project, the customer
always knows exactly where we are and where
we are going.
At the same time, we appreciate constructive
feedback that helps us strengthen our relationships
and ensures more efficient work.
We are flexible in choosing communication methods.
We adapt to customer requirements or suggest tools
that we use ourselves.
WHAT WE DO
22. Partnership
22
Branding and building commitment is a lengthy
process that, after launching, requires continuous
action to achieve the goal. The actual effects
of the projects that we implement can only be seen
after a long time.
That is why we focus on long-term cooperation

Brand development and

Fox Kids Europe, The Walt Disney Company Europe
CASE STUDIES
Building brand awareness, expansion into Eastern European
markets and rebranding
At the end of the twentieth century, we built brand awareness of a new
children's TV channel among young internet users, creating the first fully
secure Polish website for children.
After being acquired by Disney, the channel changed its name to Jetix.
We were entrusted with the task of supporting the brand through
the rebranding process, and in subsequent years building its awareness
in Eastern Europe. The social network created and managed by us
gathered almost 2,000,000 users in eight countries, while campaigns
combining the activity of online users with the channel schedule
significantly increased its viewership.
After another rebranding, when the channel gained the new name
Disney XD, we became a content provider in the area of on-line,
supporting marketing and distribution.

Creation, design and implementation of the concept of social campaign
addressed to the families. It promoted the idea of a healthy lifestyle
and strengthened the image of the Disney brand as friendly to the whole
family. (Poland, Czech Republic, Romania and Hungary)
The task of the family teams was to take a bike trip and publish reports
on it on the competition website.
Each family team was part of the one of the four Disney character’s team,
which competed for the longest, total distance.
The competition page we created contained:
• sightseeing guide prepared by PTTK Tourist Society
• blog with tips for cyclists
• presentation of competition entries and ranking
The campaign was supported by promotional materials designed by us:
posters, advertisements, banners, bicycle flags, stickers, a special series
of Primavera mineral water. Participants could get the occasional Mickey
and Donald Tourist Badges prepared by PTTK.
All participants covered a total distance of almost 100,000 kilometers -
two and a half times round the globe.
The Walt Disney Company Polska was nominated for the Benefactor
