• Preparing together is needed to ensure all efforts are aligned across all nations so that we
maximize and deliver a symbiotic result.
• Sense of urgency is required to ensure that the region is able to support the projects
locally well before the projects reach Investment Funding (FID).
• A coordinated and continuous plan and implementation is required across all CARICOM to
ensure progress and preparation that is independent of all other distractions.
• The areas of focus need to match the development needs and be sustainable.
