- 2. ็้คๆจ็ฑคๅถๅบฆ Nutrition Labelling Scheme โข ้ฉ็จๆผไธ่ฌ้ ๅ ๅ ่ฃ้ฃ็ฉ โข ๆถต่้ฃ็ฉๆจ็ฑคไธๅ ฉ้กไธป่ฆ ็้ค่ณๆ โข ็้คๆจ็ฑค โข ็้ค่ฒ็จฑ โข Applicable to general prepackaged foods โข Covers two main types of nutrition information on food labels โ nutrition label โ nutrition claims
- 3. ็้คๆจ็ฑค Nutrition Label โข ็้คๆจ็ฑค้ ่ผๆ่ฝ้ๅไธ ็จฎๆ ธๅฟ็้ค็ด (1+7)็่ณๆ โ ๅณ่็ฝ่ณชใ็ขณๆฐดๅๅ็ฉใ ็ธฝ่่ชใ้ฃฝๅ่่ช้ ธใ ๅๅผ่่ช้ ธใ้ๅ็ณ โข ไธฆ้ ๅๆๅ็จฎๆถๅ่ฒ็จฑ็ ็้ค็ด ็ๅซ้ (็ถ่ฒ็จฑๆถๅ ไปปไฝ่่ช้กๅฅๆ๏ผๅๆไบฆ ้ ๆจ็คบ่ฝๅบ้ๅซ้) โข ๅฏ่ช้กๆจ็คบๅ ถไป็้ค็ด โข Nutrition label must include the information on energy and seven core nutrients (1+7) โ protein, carbohydrates, total fat, saturated fatty acids, trans fatty acids, sodium and sugars. โข The nutrition label must list the amounts of any claimed nutrients. (when the claim is on any type of fat, cholesterol content must be declared as well) โข For other nutrients, declaration is voluntary

- 6. ่ฑๅ ๅๅ Exemptions- Principles โข ๆ นๆ็ฌฌ132W็ซ ้่กจ6๏ผ้จๅ้ฃ ๅๅฏ็ฒ่ฑๅ ้ตๅพ่ฉฒ่ฆไพๆ้็ ้คๆจ็ฑค็่ฆๅฎ: โข ไธ่ฌ่ฑๅ ้ ็ฎ โ ๅฏฆ้้ไฝ็ๅฐ้ฃ(ไพๅฆๅ ่ฃ็ธฝ ่กจ้ข้ข็ฉๅฐๆผ100ๅนณๆนๅ็ฑณ) โ ้ฃ็ฉไธญไธๅซ๏ผ่ฟไน้ถ็๏ผ่ฝ ้ๅๆ ธๅฟ็้ค็ด โ ๆฒๆๆทปๅ ๅ ถไป้ ๆ็ๆไบๆฐ ้ฎฎ้ฃ็ฉ (ไพๅฆ๏ผๆฐ้ฎฎๆฐดๆใ ่ฌ่ใ่้กใ้ญ้ก) โข ๅฐ้ทๅฎ้่ฑๅ ้ ็ฎ โข As for nutrition labelling, under Schedule 6 of Cap.132W, some food items are exempted from the nutrition labelling requirements of the Regulations: โข General Exemption Item โ Practical difficulty for the trade (e.g., prepackaged food packed in a container which has a total surface area of less than 100cm2) โ The food does not contain (meeting definition of zero) energy and core nutrients โ Certain food which is fresh in nature without any addition of ingredient (e.g. fresh fruits, vegetables, meat and fish) โข Prepackaged food with small sales volume
- 7. ็ฒ่ฑๅ ็้คๆจ็ฑค็้ ็ฎ Exemptions from Nutrition Labelling โข ๅฏฆ้้ไฝ็ๅฐ้ฃ โ ็จ็ซ่ฑๅทงๅ ่ฃไธฆๆฌไฝๅฎ ไปฝๅบๅฎ็็้ปใ โ ็จ็ซๅ ่ฃไธฆๆฌไฝๅฎไปฝๅบ ๅฎ็ๆถผๆ๏ผ่ๅ ถๆฌ่บซๆฏ ๅ็กๅ ถไปๅ ่ฃ็ใ โ ๅ ่ฃๅจ็ธฝ่กจ้ข้ข็ฉๅฐๆผ 100ๅนณๆนๅ็ฑณ็ๅฎนๅจๅ ง ็้ ๅ ๅ ่ฃ้ฃ็ฉใ โข Practical difficulty for the trade โ Individually wrapped confectionery products in a fancy form intended for sale as single items. โ Individually wrapped preserved fruits which are not enclosed in any further packaging and which are intended for sale as single items. โ Prepackaged food packed in a container which has a total surface area of less than 100 cm2.
