6. International Congresses
• The AIESEC congress is a moment when the commitment of the members, the
power of AIESEC's vision and the strength of the global network come together
to create an intense learning experience.
• Each year AIESEC organizes and delivers over 350 national and international
conferences where members have the opportunity to receive training
sessions, develop strategies for the future of the organization, discuss
mattering world issues and engage with the partners from the corporate
world.
• It is a fantastic chance for the delegates to elaborate on their skills, widen their
personal network, demonstrate active leadership and interact with local
students in a multicultural environment
European Congress 2012
1. What is European Congress ?
•Between 18th - 24th of October, EuroCo („European Congress“), is going to take place
in Romania for the first time ever. Being the annual summit for the presidents of the
local AIESEC committees, this congress is of great importance. With around 230
participants coming from all over Europe and North America, EuroCo 2012 will act as
an international meeting platform for up to 45 countries and is therefore one of the
biggest AIESEC conferences! The main goal for the six days of workshops, discussions
and seminars is to provide the delegates with important “soft-” and “hard-skills” for
their work in their local committees. Moreover, EuroCo 2010 represents a platform
for networking between the internationals, local students and the companies from
Cluj-Napoca.
