Adiele Kelly Kelechi is trained as an Accountant. He has worked in providing finance
management support to NGO’s. Adiele Kelechi has worked in British (UK Aid) funded projects.
He has been involved in series of projects and companies to strengthen and support the capacity
of grassroots organizations to design, implement, and monitor, evaluate and expand delivery on
Financial Reporting. His skills cover Reviews and analyses a range of invoices and claims for

Reconcile sub ledger balances with General Ledger

damaged or Condemned assets and pass necessary entries in the books of

compliance issues.
Prepare cash flow statements as and when required to meet the planning
requirements of the program.
Plan, facilitate and manage all aspects of any annual external or donor audits
required (including the preparation of Terms of Reference, auditors selection
and brief, audit debrief and audit report amendments)
Oversight of field disbursements to all staff and check that all necessary
compliance regulations are fulfilled. Report any compliance issues to the
Program Manager
Ensure that there is strict adherence to all approval processes for all expenses
incurred by UNIT Aid & partner organizations.
Conduct regular compliance checks of partners & ensure those compliance
checklists are regularly updated.
Ensure that all staff understand their roles in the program and have the
necessary skills to perform their functions through trainings and capacity
building.
Providing financial support to the implementation of the SUNMAP
programme including mobilization and management of funding for
distribution of LLIN’S to various communities.
Prepare financial documentation for the overall projects reporting when and
where required to donors.
Conducting financial reviews and training.
Provision of technical support to partners in communities where SUNMAPis
working.
