Adiele Kelly Kelechi is trained as an Accountant. He has worked in providing finance
management support to NGO’s. Adiele Kelechi has worked in British (UK Aid) funded projects.
He has been involved in series of projects and companies to strengthen and support the capacity
of grassroots organizations to design, implement, and monitor, evaluate and expand delivery on

Prepare monthly reports analyzing the programme’s income and expenditure,
reporting on significant variances to budget and working with the Program
Manager to take the necessary corrective actions.
Submit quarterly financial reports to CA and provide an overview of any
compliance issues.
Prepare cash flow statements as and when required to meet the planning
requirements of the program.
Plan, facilitate and manage all aspects of any annual external or donor audits
required (including the preparation of Terms of Reference, auditors selection
and brief, audit debrief and audit report amendments)
Oversight of field disbursements to all staff and check that all necessary
