Position Statement
I am a hands-on manager experienced in coordinating and managing activities and tasks associated with the
delivery of products and services to the Aerospace Industry as well as the Consumer Electronics Industry. This
includes leading a diverse group of Engineering, Production and Materials personnel in setting the plan and
executing the daily tasks and activities needed to meet customer expectations as well as internal senior
management goals.
Of particular importance is my know-how to conduct Customer Status Reviews that may include hard issues
associated with internal or external variances. These reviews must include how my Team will incorporate the
countermeasure or work around plan for resolutions.
I have the experience supporting new business development that includes the understanding of customer
requirements, proposal development and setting the business strategies for Program Capture.
I employ lessons learned and team cohesiveness to meet Quality and On Time Delivery Metrics. Under these
metrics, I control programs using Life Cycle Product Management that includes brief stand-up meetings, Visio
App, MS Project App, Earned Value Techniques, Labor and Cost Forecasting and Reporting.
EDUCATION
MBA, BS and a multitude of courses and seminars in Industrial Engineering, Lean Operations, Financial
Reporting, Decision Gate Management, Six Sigma and Interpersonal Skills.

I am a United States Citizen bilingual in English and Spanish. I proudly served 4 years in the U.S. Air Force.
