These notes are designed to help you get the most from the Maintel slide deck. These slides are to be replaced when the new Maintel ‘Big Picture’ is complete (expected May 17).
General tips on presenting these slides
These slides have been designed to be used to present a general introduction to Maintel. Please feel free to use only that content that is relevant to your particular need.
The slides have been deliberately built with as few words as possible. You therefore need to know what you're going to say - there are no bullet points to read from the slide. It is a good idea to practice before each presentation you give. The material here is flexible and can be used in different ways for different applications. The notes here will help you bring out specific messages that may resonate with your customer or prospect for particular projects.
Note that these notes are designed to give you general background. You should pick those bullets that will be relevant and use only those.
When you need to add your own content, as will be inevitable, try to use the same ideas as presented here.
Finally, please do provide feedback to the Marketing team. We want to make this as effective a sales tool as we can. We do not hold a monopoly on good ideas - far from it. If you've got killer slides, great ideas, dynamic diagrams or a good customer quote, please share it with marketing - and we can incorporate into the centrally held content for everybody's benefit.

Sharing slide decks with customers
The current slide deck is hefty. If you need to share a presentation with a customer via email, we suggest you save it as a PDF and compress it. From PowerPoint, choose "Save As", select PDF, and then select the option for "minimum size" for publishing online.
