These muffle furnaces are compact in design and provide constant temperature features.
Outer case of these muffle furnaces are made of stainless steel 304 grades, double walled
construction allows the fan cooling feature to maintain reduced skin temperatures while
keeping the element terminals cool hence extending element life.
Kanthal A-1 Super quality Coil shaped heating elements are used, offering fast heat up rates
and long life in oxidizing atmospheres. These High Temperature Muffle furnaces are ideal
heating equipment for sintering all types of materials / chemical and great for labs, research
centres, and college scientific research use. These furnaces use SiC rods as heating
elements, which can be used up to 1800℃. These compact muffle furnaces are perfect for
many applications in laboratory. Quality features like the double-walled casing, light-weight
constructions, friendly controller make them reliable for much application.
T max is 1800 °C and working temperature is 1750 ° C. Heating is provided from two sides
from heating elements in quartz glass tubes. Maintenance-friendly replacement of heating
elements and insulation is given. Multilayered insulation with fibre plates in the furnace
chamber And Housing made of sheets of textured stainless steel (non-rusting design). There
is Double-walled housing for low external temperatures and high stability with Flap door
which can also be used as a work platform. Exhaust air outlet in rear wall along with Solid
state relays provide for low-noise operation helps it in its performance.
