The Client informs about the requirement in forms of JD which includes
specific position & title ,competence required in terms of technical & soft
skills, essential qualification.salary & perks offered, time frame available.
After the prescreening process, shortlisted candidates would be sent to the
client with their resumes.
It is hereby agreed to be understood by the client that there is reasonable
amount of resources M/s Achiever’s@jobs.com a Consultancy is deploying for the
fulfillment
of the positions and the client undertakes to put the required efforts on their
sides to help in closure of said positions .
Professional charges-
For Middle & Junior positions- 7%
For Senior Management- 7%
Professional fees is expressed as percentage of CTC in terms of salary, perks
and other benefits finally negotiated and agree to and separate agreement for
the same may be required to mutually agreed and sign to take the assignment
on retaintership basis with best negotiated rates.
