Remove/Reduce a disadvantage:
• an employee's disability when doing their job
• a job applicant's disability when applying for a job
Changes: workplace; equipment/services provided;
providing information in an accessible format
When: recruitment; in their job role; sick
absence/delayed return to work
Reasonable: dependent on each situation-
remove/reduce disadvantage, practical, affordable,
health & safety
