are principal agent for NSDL to accept and process PAN, TAN, e-TDS, AIR services through its
branches/franchise. I was responsible to manage end to end service for the same. Around 40
millions of PAN application and 20 millions of e-TDS statements were managed.
• CRA (Central Record Keeping Agency) – FC : Alankit NSDL is one of the CRA FC for NSDL-
CRA for PFRDA. As CRA-FC head I have managed end to end processing of 1 million NPS
application submitted by NPS intermediaries at Alankit CRA-FC branches.
• POP and Aggregator for PFRADA for NPS: Alankit is one of the POP and Aggregator of
PFRDA for sourcing NPS account from general public. As head of this department in Alankit I
have managed 5 lacs NPS Accounts sourced through Alankit branches.
• Verification and Processing Agency : During my career of 8 years with STA, I have managed
more than 6 lacs address verification and processing of Car/TW loan applications.
Business Development:
• Exploring & developing new area for acquiring govt. and non govt. projects for promoting the
organization’s service;
