Job Responsibility - Below I have mention area in which I am working.
Capacity Planning and Scheduling
 Responsible for Preparing monthly Invoicing plan, Weekly Production Plan & Daily hourly based
production plan (Based on plant capacity & delivery needed by costumer) with the help of Marketing
& Reporting to plant head.
 Schedule and manage different order across multiple customers to achieve the set targets -on time
delivery, customer satisfaction etc..
 Coordination with production and quality department for plan order completion and to achieve set
KPI’s- Delivery Accuracy, Stock Availability, Delivery precision etc….
Costing
 Calculate the process cost for each order
 Calculate the machine hour rate, man/ pieces rate etc..
Stock Management
 Responsible to maintain stock availability in various distribution centers.
 Coordinate with DC to maintain stock and avoid stock out situation in the distribution center
Inventory management
 Maintain inventory as per customer requirement
 Monthly inventory to keep maximum stock moments

Material Planning and material procurement
 Manage material stock as per customer requirement in house
 Coordination with purchase department for material on time availability for in house orders
 Coordination with vendors and all other supplier to supply material on time
 Plan correct material for every new order
Logistics/ EXIM-
 Responsible for inbound and outbound shipment of the material also Import and export of material,
follow up with central logistics for the custom clearance
 Knowledge of EOU/ DTA norms, FTP, custom rules currently working in EOU Unit
 Responsible for MRN, excise permission, material in/ out within EOU boundary
Report management
 Responsible for the weekly report, monthly report
 Communicate all report to the all necessary team members
Process Flow
 Responsible for the process flow set up along with production, engineering team to streamline the
production work
 Actively participate in process flow continuous improvements project to reduce material moment
and TMT (total manufacturing time), TCT (Total calendar time), DIP (Days in production) etc..
 Responsible for the process card generation for every new customer order in this I set lead time for
the order, total cycle time, set up time and total cost all process
Customer and sales, marketing support
 Responsible for daily review of customer orders that are in process and communicate with customer
with delivery date
 If any change in delivery date communicated to customers also confirm the new delivery dates
 Responsible for to provide quotation to the customer for the every new requirement
 Work as a coordinator between customer and production, update all new changes to the customer
also take all required information form the customer which is required for the production
Meeting management
 Responsible for daily board meeting(DBM), weekly and monthly meeting with production , customer,
sales and marketing
 Discuss open issues, find solution for the problem with engineering , production , quality team
Quality- I have Good knowledge about the Quality department below are some points
 Assure external supplier material quality
 Knowledge of inspection process and inspection instruments like Vernier, Passometer, Micrometer,
different gauges etc…knowledge of all kind of inspection of cutting tools like drill, end mill, taps,
reamer etc.
 Knowledge of cutting tool geometries can able to give requires parameters to the production for the
new tool manufacturing.
 Ensure in process inspection of components as per design specifications.
 Monitor in house rejection and communicating with responsible section.
 Monitoring vendor end rejection and quality improvements.
 Calibration of equipment monitoring and record maintaining
 Preparing audit plans & conducting those quality system audits as per schedule [Internal audit,
Dock audit, Process audit & Supplier audit]
Lean System
 Actively participate in Lean activity like 5S, LTA, AM, SW, KAIZEN, and VM.

 Improve 5S, Visual management in department.
 Develop Autonomous maintenance chart, standard work procedure for every machine.
 Develop lots of Kaizen to reduce setting time and for standard work.
Achievement: -
 Maintain proper stock in WIP and FG
 Reduction customer complaints regarding timely delivery.
 Reduce frequency of number set up changes. Increase in productivity.
 Reduces cost of packing materials
 Visit to UK for the new product development and planning of product launching
MTM Study:
 Coordinated method and time study of the manpower
 Identified scope for the manpower optimization
 Identified and eliminated wastes from the operation
 Optimized the travel time of the operator and eliminated non-core activates
Computer and softer skills
 Hands experience on all Microsoft excel, power point, word, access etc..
 Hands Experience on the system like SAP, local ERP systems like GSS, SOPIC( this are same like SAP
