5. Repetition of some articles rules
1. When two or more Nouns or Adjectives refer
to different persons or things, the article is used
before each Noun or Adjective.

before the first Adjective or Noun.

3. In a comparison, if two nouns refer to
different persons or things, the article is

particular umbrella.)

and a, an:
A man and a woman were walking on
Oxford Street. The woman saw a dress that
she liked in a shop. She asked the man if
he could buy the dress for her. He said:
"Do you think the shop will accept a
cheque? I don't have a credit card."
