Mermaid, is a Local Company with headquarters in Abu Dhabi Emirate, we cover nationwide
operations to the highest international standards.

2. Central Production Unit
Our state of the art, over 3000 Square Meter, Central Production Unit, is nothing but an extension to
your own kitchen. It produces over 35,000 meals per day.
Designed with ergonomic work flow, your favourite Kitchen makes every process internationally
recognised as a leader in Health and Safety, presentation and taste.
For a smooth mass production, your kitchen is divided into sections that produce the tastiest
meals for all different food services in the best manners and discipline:
· Bakery and Pastry mass production rooms
· Airline food production lines
· Retail Food Production and Packing Lines
· Five Star Cold and Hot Kitchen for VIP & high end events.
The whole plant is planned as a concept to stage the prescription of international standards for
safe regular busy operations and ensures that the menu is produced specifically as ordered by
our client, “You”!.
Driven by the village seasonality, our Chefs create frequent-changing menus inspired by globally
sourced ingredients, presented in Gastronomic-chic formats. We strive to shape the locally available
cuisine and embrace the best spices that enhance these flavours.

Mermaid catering consists of four Divisions:

We offer a wide variety of dishes ranging from the popular Exotic Far eastern, Spicy Asian, Tasty
Middle Eastern, and Colorful Mediterranean to the highly palatable Western cuisine. With
permanent research and adaptation, we continually include new recipes into our plethora of dishes,
giving our clients extensive menus’ selection to choose from.

casserole. It is the fruit of our Review & Development team’s hard work and dedication. Every
component is prepared cautiously to appeal, please and delight every single passenger.

With a policy of commitment and continuous dedication towards the perfect meal, from meticulous
raw material selection to menu engineering, service and delivering quality products, Mermaid has
established its name for Professional Services with a global expertise and long term service outlook.
A huge Menu selection is already established with detailed specifications and competitive pricing can
be ready to go within hours of order. Customising may be slightly longer, but delightful too.
You will benefit from quality production of food by implementing standardized recipes and working
procedures based on specified menus, delivered at the stipulated time schedule in the appropriate
manner on a daily basis and provide adequate quantity of food voiding shortage and eliminating
wastage as prescribed by yourself.
All your food has to undergo through the Metal detector station and quality control before it’s
packed for you. Huge capacity, blast freezers are available, should you require your products to be
delivered in chilled or frozen format, to suit your own operations.
At your service a fleet of trucks equipped with latest technology for live satellite monitored food
temperatures, speed and position of each meal on the road to you.
