1. RefWorks 2.0 BETA Getting References Into Your Account

2. Special Note on Exporting: I will not cover all databases in this slideshow. I will cover: Summon & Google Scholar If there are other databases you would like to export from but do not know how, go to the Exporting tab. If there your specific database is not in the list, please email refworks@ucalgary.ca

4. Click folder to save item

6. Click the “Saved Items” folder to view and export items

7. A box with your references will appear

8. At the top is a link to RefWorks

9. Click to export

12. You will see a section for Bibliography Manager.

13. Click the “Show Links to import citations into” radio button

14. Select “RefWorks” from the pull-down menu

16. Search for a topic of your choice

17. Your results will look like this:

18. Last link below short abstract is “Import into RefWorks”

19. Click link to export

20. Login to RefWorkswhen prompted
