J3P2ARK’s Company. The coffee
jelly is given a twist where it will
have not just a coffee flavor but
also other flavor such as matcha,
choco and strawberry. It will be sold
along with the waffle to serve you a
delightful dessert with an
affordable price.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
After deciding that our products will be a coffee jelly, and waffle
for our entrepreneurship class, we researched a lot about
possible modification that we could apply on our products in
order to make it look new for everyone. Our products aim to
serve an affordable and at the same time delicious dessert. It
surely suits the cravings of everyone, regardless of age
especially right now that we are on the summer season.
To make it more innovative, unlike other coffee jellies, our
company come up with an idea with not just coffee as its flavor
but also choco, matcha and strawberry flavors.
DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS:
J3P2ARK’s Company is a newly established food stall located in LNHS-
SHS grounds at Ladrido St. Población Ilawod Lambunao Iloilo. This
company produces variety of high quality coffee jelly with siomai and
pancake at its most affordable price.
To make our costumer’s appreciate our product, we come up with
various ideas that could be our advantage among other competitors. We
ensure that J3P2ARK’s company practice’s cleanliness on the site of
manufacturing our product. Passion and hard work is in all the employees
as they desire to produce high quality desserts affordable for everyone.
To guarantee the quality of our products, the following steps will be
done respectively (inventory and estimation of number of coffee jelly, and
waffle to be prepared, purchased the ingredients, production and
packaging, selling and delivery, monitoring and evaluation). We aim to
manufacture 100 pieces of each product everyday. All in all, we assure that
our costumers will taste happiness as have a bite and sip of our high

The major goal of our service is to satisfy the needs of the
clients. It decides how well the product works, how much it
costs, what services it includes, and how the product is
presented in general. In order to attain this, good marketing
strategy must be established. The business should know the
needs and wants of the prospect market, their capacities of
buying the product, the changing demands of the consumers,
and how in a way the business can benefit the community. By
making this possible, were able to surpass the satisfaction of
the consumer. Yet, our product's unique selling points are its
flavor and the way it is prepared and flavored. With Jiggles and
Waffles, we aim to satisfy our consumers on all fronts, from
quality to pricing.
THE MARKETING PLAN:

1:
In a pot,
combine
gulaman,
water, coffee
and sugar.
STEP
2:
Bring to a boil
water. Pour
mixture on a
mold or
microwave
container. Set
aside until it
firm.
STEP
3:
Mix the
cream and
condensed
milk in a
bowl.
Step
4:
Cut the jelly
into cubes
and add to
milk mixture.
Chill for an
hour or
overnight.

bowl, mix
together
flour, salt,
baking
powder and
sugar; set
aside.
Preheat
waffle iron to
desired
temperature.

In a separate
bowl, beat
the eggs. Stir
in the milk,
butter and
vanilla. Pour
the milk
mixture into
the flour
mixture; beat
until
blended.
STEP
4:
Ladle the
batter into a
preheated
waffle iron.
Cook the
waffles until
golden and
crisp.

5:
Add your
desired syrup
or toppings
on top of it.

unique and fresh to the costumers. Partnered with waffles, and it will be
a sweet delight of happiness. We are certain that our product will be in
demand among costumer.

The coffee jelly is given a twist where it will have not just a coffee flavor but also other flavor such as matcha, choco and strawberry. It will be sold along with the waffle to serve you a delightful dessert with an affordable price.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: After deciding that our products will be a coffee jelly, and waffle for our entrepreneurship class, we researched a lot about possible modification that we could apply on our products in order to make it look new for everyone. Our products aim to serve an affordable and at the same time delicious dessert. It surely suits the cravings of everyone, regardless of age especially right now that we are on the summer season. To make it more innovative, unlike other coffee jellies, our company come up with an idea with not just coffee as its flavor but also choco, matcha and strawberry flavors.
  • 7. DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS: J3P2ARK’s Company is a newly established food stall located in LNHS- SHS grounds at Ladrido St. Población Ilawod Lambunao Iloilo. This company produces variety of high quality coffee jelly with siomai and pancake at its most affordable price. To make our costumer’s appreciate our product, we come up with various ideas that could be our advantage among other competitors. We ensure that J3P2ARK’s company practice’s cleanliness on the site of manufacturing our product. Passion and hard work is in all the employees as they desire to produce high quality desserts affordable for everyone. To guarantee the quality of our products, the following steps will be done respectively (inventory and estimation of number of coffee jelly, and waffle to be prepared, purchased the ingredients, production and packaging, selling and delivery, monitoring and evaluation). We aim to manufacture 100 pieces of each product everyday. All in all, we assure that our costumers will taste happiness as have a bite and sip of our high

  • 12. THE PRODUCTIONOPERATION PLAN: STEP 1: In a pot, combine gulaman, water, coffee and sugar. STEP 2: Bring to a boil water. Pour mixture on a mold or microwave container. Set aside until it firm. STEP 3: Mix the cream and condensed milk in a bowl. Step 4: Cut the jelly into cubes and add to milk mixture. Chill for an hour or overnight. The making of coffee jelly:
