8. Our Theory of Change
Bridgers Association Cameroon as a prominent institution in nation building and a flag bearer of
the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs) so far has attained its mission in the past
6years(2013-2019) of it’s existence by empowering women and youths at large through promoting
quality education, agriculture, entrepreneurship, capacity building in their volunteerism programs
and above all informing them on their Reproductive Health Rights and preventing disease. More so
, Bridgers works towards the sustainability of her successful projects and the enforcement of the
principle of solidarity in society by collaborating with other life changing organizations and the
administration to eradicate poverty and give the woman a place in the society free from violence,
inequalities and abuse.
As long as this is ensured ; the community becomes a safe space free from crime ,
ignorance, hunger, environmental chaos and injustice. Nevertheless, to attain fully this change, we
have made use of our own funds, grants and donations which often are reluctantly perceived.
However our rate of success has been very consistent and we applaud the steady collaboration of
the schools, our partners, the government and the youths who participate actively on our social
media campaigns to make the world a better place and achieve sustainable development. We
count on your unwavering support morally, intellectually and above all financially to jointly achieve
the 17 SDGs in 2030. See (Bridgers spider web concept)

16. VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES!
Bridgers Association Cameroon upholds the concept of Volunteerism and
welcomes the initiatives of youths in her organization. Both nationals and individuals of
international origin are highly welcome. In order to curb unemployment and build skills
which will make them more viable in the job market, those who wish to share their
knowledge for the community’s development are invited to bring forth their ideas. Also,
given that such skills are rarely obtained in the classroom setting, students , workers,
and most especially experts are invited to participate actively by volunteering to make
our nation more developed and above all to make our world a better place.
Volunteers have the flexible option to choose their working hours and days,
according to their availability and are beckoned to be as flexible as possible in order to
make the learning process a pleasant one. In a nutshell, volunteerism can be done
onsite as well as online and be assured that this opportunity is a life time experience.
