2. In India a lot of road accident are occur. Bike
accidents are play a major role in the accidents.
The bike riders are more affected in the
accidents. So we planed to set a airbag on the
bike to minimize the severity of the injuries.
3. In 2005 Honda Motor Co., Ltd introduced the
airbag in bikes.
In the model Honda Gold Wing, they
introduced and execute the air bag system.

6. AND gate is used for opening airbag.
If the three sensors are activate at a time then it
satisfies the and gate condition.
If the condition satisfies then the signal is send
to ECU.
ECU send the signal to the airbag.
7.
8. If any accident occur then the sensors senses and transmit the signal
to the AND gate.
AND gate send the signal to the airbag ECU.
ECU send electrical signal to an ignitor.
The heat generated causes sodium azide to decompose into sodium
metal and nitrogen gas, which inflates in airbags.
Airbag covers the whole body and protect the rider and reduce the
impact.
11. By providing the total safety to the motorcycle
rider by implanting the airbags in the
motorcycle to reduce the fatality rate by 20% to
30% by using this technology there is not only
reduce the death rate but also we gives the
total protection to the riders.
