all the UG and PG students in
Telangana state in India
This project INSPIRIT is launched
with a noble intention of creating
skillful youth for the state of
Telangana. The unskilled students
pose challenges in terms of
unemployment and unproductive
human resources. If the students
are guided properly, they can
develop their skills in different areas
and can contribute in the economic
development of the state.

8. EPILOGUE
India has been facing the problem of lack
of employability skills among its youth
especially among Undergraduate and
Postgraduate students, for the last one
decade. There needs to be a comprehensive
program to address this issue. The solution
proposed in this PROJECT INSPIRIT can
be applicable in all parts of the country,
since this project directly deals with all the
stakeholders of employability skills .
