1. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,
With the present I introduce myself to an open position available.
I have 25 years’ experience on overseas assignment (I am still an Italian overseas resident
A.I.R.E. in Port Harcourt, Nigeria) working in English based contracts.
As you can read from my attached C.V. , I mainly worked for international organized majors
(team work, budget control, execution plan, specification plan requirements and Q&HSE
obligations). Controlling and sometimes preparing all the necessary documents to satisfy the
client requirements (assigned as Site/Project Manager)
Working in difficult countries with Oil & Gas Majors (including but not limited Shell, Total,
Chevron and Saipem/E.N.I.), I am used to work under pressure, keeping the rigid Q&HSE
Company standard requirements. I am used to be a troubleshooting/problem solving
responsible being normal on construction phases having to solve daily issues while working
on site. Take also in consideration all the issues while working overseas in difficult countries
for the normal living.
Briefly as Project Manager I was responsible for all the site issues: kick off, pre-mobilization
certificates, mobilization of staff, safety requirements, security plan, health requirements,
QA/QC requirements, execution plan, direct costs preparation, commissioning plan, material
acceptance certification, milestone achievements for invoicing and Final Certificates of
Acceptance.
Warm Regards
