Applications
This project is environment and user friendly. We
can use this device home purpose or industrial
purpose.
1.It can be used widely use is many kinds of
construction work.
2.To level any kind of surface.
3.To measure current roll angle or pitch any object .
Further Improvements & Future Scope
We can use Laser sensor substituted of ultrasonic sensor. Laser sensor
measure range up to 200 M or more and it is suitable for indoor and
outdoor.
The resolution of the measurement can be improved by incorporating
phase shift method along with time of flight method.
We can use a Bluetooth module to operate it with connected device.
Limitations
Can’t work in vacuum. Because ultrasonic sensor using sound, That are fully
nonfunctional in a vacuum since there is no air through which the sound will
pass. This project is not designed for underwater use. Our project have not been
properly tested in this underwater environment so underwater use voids our
warranty. HC SR04 is not depth water sensing sensor. Sensing accuracy affected
by soft materials because soft fabric absorb more sound waves and make it
difficult sensor to see the target.
Sensing accuracy affected by changes in temperature of 5 – 10 degrees or more
and it have a limited detection range.
