of the company's second largest BU (business unit) comprised of the East Asia, Asia Pacific and
Latin American market sectors. Managed subordinate team including the Customer Service
Manager, international customer service and sales support specialists, the local Singapore facility
coordinator/sales support specialist and (dotted line) the local China plant manager.
Accountable for order intake management and execution of sales shipments against BU
performance plans. Geographical markets of responsibility comprised of East Asia, Asia
Pacific and Latin America.
Accountable for production control and capacity planning for China and Singapore
production facilities. High-frequency contact with General Managers to maintain accurate
production schedules in accordance with customer requirements. Limited flex-capacity
during peak business times required intense project management documentation and regular
presentation of project status updates to OEM management members. Continuous success
in ability to counter market pressure for price concessions. Negotiated the realization of

to machined component conversion and ultimately into finished product assemblies.

fulfillment rates. Responsible for monitoring MRP (material requirements planning) reports,
managing exceptions and delivering solutions. Worked with shop floor control to understand
and document capacity constraints, then integrated the data into the controls of capacity planning
within the overall ERP (enterprise resource planning) system.
Improved customer satisfaction rates for my lines of product responsibility by 30% within
the first year.
Reversed dangerously low on-time delivery rates to stable levels that remained consistently
above 90% for the duration of my position tenure.
