   HERBALIFE® FORMULA 1 PIE – BASIC                           HERBALIFE ® FORMULA 1 AND OATMEAL
   RECIPE                                                        2 scoops Formula 1 Shake Mix (any flavor)
       ¾ cups Formula 1 Shake Mix (any flavor)                   1/3 cup dry rolled oats

       2 cups nonfat milk or plain soy milk                      2/3 cup nonfat milk
