Dear ____________________,
I am fortunate enough to be attending the AFLV Central Fraternal Leadership Conference in St
Louis, MO. Programming includes position-specific information for Fraternity/Sorority governing
councils, chapters, advisors, and graduate students. I attended a program about building strong
alumni involvement and alumni advisors.
I just wanted to tell you that you made a great impact on my experience in our organization and I
hope you are still involved.
Here is my contact information:
I would love to keep in touch with you and keep you update on events happenings on our campus
and with our organization.
Please send me your updated information when you have a chance. It would be great if you
update your information with the chapter, college campus and inter/national organization if you
have a chance, too.
I have included a copy of this short note. Would you consider sending this on to another
Alumnus? And then asking them to send a similar message on to another Alumnus? Hopefully
we can keep amazing alumni like you involved in our organization.
