11. •I have personally used this kind of hospitality services & found the flat satisfactory tho'
short on the luxury suggested by the owner. Being resident in London and Plymouth I
note that there are hundreds of rooms, flats and houses to reserve so there is a lot of
choice for visitors.
•Any service selling tourism product helps tourism. However the authorities need to
regulate so that AirBnB has the same legal requirements placed on them as established
accommodation providers including liability insurance and taxes.
•I've put negative since its a major challenge to existing hospitality businesses that are
complying with regulations and paying taxes losing them revenues. I don't believe
Airbnb attracts additional tourists in any way it just offers an alternative way to book
accommodations. Slowly Airbnb will have to comply wth regulations and taxes as the
authorities make them do so.
•They will encourage hotels and B&B's not to have over inflated rates.
•Creo que es un servicio que facilita el alojamiento en cualquier ciudad, ya que tiene
lugares muy bien ubicados y normalmente a menor costo.
