Foundation
The company has been in existence since 1999. Originally, a DBA entity, we have
been working in the area of Business Processes e.g. Medical Transcription, Billing,
Coding & Software Services.
In 2003, we partnered with US-based Company. Initially started as Data mining
company with a contract of just one editor, we grew to 14 people team in a span of
six months.
In 2004, we decided to incorporate the company as per company law act 1956 of
India. It is in April 2004, “ADI BackOffice Professionals (P) Ltd.” was
incorporated.
Today, with over 15 years of experience in IT & 35 years in Hydraulic Technology
of our founders, ADI is moving towards its Goal of building an organization where
people love to work. Growing at a steady pace in these years, ADI today has a
dedicated team of Medical Doctors & Researchers serving on its Executive Board.

Company History
 ADI Group started its first venture under the name “ADI Backoffice Professionals (P)
Ltd.” in 2004. Very clear of its vision since its incorporation, ADI has been recording a
growth of 50-70% per annum.
 Today, with its 4 different companies, ADI has garnered its reputation in the
international market for Knowledge Process Outsourcing, New Drug delivery processes,
high end tools for Drug Development, Contract Research & Consulting.
 Keeping its high ethical standards, ADI has a repute of Long Term Relationship, may it
be its client or own team.
 ADI has been invited and has represented INDIA in CII Business mission to UK in
2007 & in EU-India business Summit (held in France in the year 2008).

Medalist). He has been core
contributor in creating Training

he worked as Training Manager

Prior to ADI he worked in Pharma
Industry for 2 years. An expert in

Training Facilities

 Set up in Chandigarh, ADI Biosolution provides advance trainings in:
 Perl
 Microsoft .NET technologies
 Clinical Research,
 Biotechnology and Bioinformatics.
 The Training Division is a non-profit center of ADI, with the prime focus of
Human Resource Development.
 Focusing on competencies at the first stage, the prospective candidates
at ADI Biosolution are offered jobs in other ADI Divisions, where they
are given On Job training and then through structured Programs of ADI
to fulfill the long-term needs of their given responsibility.
Around 300-350 people trained in ADI Biosolution every year.
This gives readily available manpower for business expansion.
