CHALLENGES
Language Barriers: Clients speak different
languages
Funding: Donations come from individuals,
churches and businesses. This, however, is
not enough.
The Government does not give funding to
this organization.

$321,000 to operate at its current level
Clients currently being served over 1,000.
How can you HELP?
 Financial donations can be done through Canada
Helps or directly to The Lighthouse - Tax receipts
  provided
 Attend the Annual Fundraising Dinner
 Donate food and personal care items at The
  Lighthouse
 Volunteer your time
DREAMS
- If funding was not an issue, The
  Lighthouse’s dream would be to:
 - serve 2000 people
 - build many Lighthouses around the city.
Recommendations (Analysis)
The Lighthouse should:
1. approach the government for funding.
2. charge clients a small fee for services
