The Hong Kong Children Choir is a organization to develop
children’s artistic talents, their creativity and interest in
arts, as well as to enlarging their inter-personal skills and

9. How The System Of Governance Works ?
The Musical Director and the Principal Conductor
Kathy Fok is elected by the HK Government.The other position is also
elected by the HK government.
Everyone has to vote/elected who is good at their part.
The person thats elected has lots of experience and education and is
knowledgable in that area, e.g. HKCC the music director Kathy Fok
The person in charge is Kathy Fok. The decisions are made by hosting a
meeting for people to agree and disagree with songs,dance movement,etc.

The Honorary Secretary is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Society in conjunction with the Assistant
Secretary.

sector organization.

nominees.
The members gather information; compare and evaluate parliamentary different; identify policy
problems and propose solutions; select, determine, and report measures for full chamber
consideration; monitor executive branch performance, and they study law that's been imposed.

11. What the positive or negative impact are on
individuals ?
If the person voted for the other person that they want is voted,then their think that
there part of this because they voted for them to be in that part,so they’ll try their
best to persuade those people to bring their children to the Hong Kong Children’s
Choir to sing.
Everyone can spread the word.
Some people voted for the person they like but at the end it might not be the person
they want.
