HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONFERENCE?
to publish abstracts in the e-collection of abstracts with ISBN at Alfred Nobel University, Dnipro
City, Ukraine;
to receive e-certificates which would be provided to all the participants by the Alfred Nobel
University, Dnipro City, Ukraine;
to publish full papers of the selected participants in a special issue of the SOCRATES Journal (an
international, refereed (peer-reviewed) and indexed scholarly journal in Public Administration and
Philosophy);
to receive an official invitation by email to participate in the conference at Zoom.
Abstracts must be written in British English, typed using Times New Roman (normal style and font size 12), and in MS-Word.
Page size should be A4, single column with 2.0 cm margin on both sides with single line spacing.
The body of abstracts should be divided into 4 sections: background, methods, results, and conclusions. Abstracts should
include the title, name & surname of authors, affiliation, country, e-mail, phone number, SSIRN membership I.D., and
keywords.

Scientific Committee will judge these abstracts, and only selected abstracts will be published. Copy of
the e-collection will be provided to all authors at the conference.

FULL PAPER PUBLICATION
Selected scholars, the authors of the selected abstracts, will be invited to submit their full papers for
publication in a special issue of the SOCRATES Journal (an international, refereed (peer-reviewed) and
indexed scholarly journal in Public Administration and Philosophy).
Copies of the special issue would be provided to all the authors of the full papers.
The special issue will be indexed in a number of services, including these leading databases:
2021 COMAGI BEST PAPER AWARDS
Best Paper Awards would be given to the scholars in recognition of their papers that
make a significant contribution to the conference. The Scientific Committee will judge
these awards. To receive the award the awardees would be invited to join the plenary
session of the conference. The award includes an Award Certificate from the Alfred
Nobel University, Ukraine, and $100 (USD) from the IPARN Foundation, India to each
Best Paper.
