4. Aerospace major based in Europe : Program management of
Bizlabs setup in India
Situation
The Bizlabs program was running
in France and Germany and
client wanted to setup the third
center in Bangalore to leverage
the start-up ecosystem flourishing
here

day-to-day operations as well
