• Can be assessed, many classifications exist,
still evolving as a concept
• Can be improved!
• Agile is about communication thus emotions

• Initially IQ considered as a key of person
intelligence
• In real life IQ doesn’t match person status
• While EQ is important, it’s still not the main.
Luck, starting position, environment are also
important
• More successful people happen to have
higher EQ
• High tech, low EQ = less competitive
