Rules of The AIESEC
Way
 It is more important to understand what our ideals – reflected in The
AIESEC Way – mean in depth (and therefore being able to describe them
with our own words) rather than memorizing it.
 THE AIESEC WAY is NOT a bunch of nice statements. It is NOT something
to learn and then forget about. It tells us what to DO (as an LC, as a Team, as
a person). Therefore it is not just a reading material.
 We should constantly remind ourselves of THE AIESEC WAY. It is
important that we are able to link our daily work (whether this is
matching, organizing an activity or receiving training) with AIESEC’s ideals.
THE AIESEC WAY is not only a description of the way (manner) we aim to make a
positive impact on society, but also describes the way (road) we are taking to achieve
what we envision.
