We used the Affinity wall as a research tool which helped to visualize connections
between the data gathered from Contextual inquiries.

• Enhancing social interaction between strangers at a café
• Encourage people to stay longer and come more often at the
café
• Draw attention of people to the same surroundings

strangers at the café
• Motivate people and lower barrier of interaction between

• Starting point: probortunity was ”Enhancing social
interaction between strangers”
• 8x8 methods – brainstorming
• The ideas was evaluated based on the design goals

– Division of labor: working in subgroups
