5. All over the world Christians are being swept away by the magic of Narnia. Some claim it to be the best Christian movie ever. Yet there is something happening behind the scenes of Narnia, that most Christians have absolutely no idea about. In this text I will unveil some very important facts about the Chronicles of Narnia, written by C. S. Lewis. 5

6. Clive Staples Lewis (29 November 1898 – 22 November 1963), commonly referred to as C. S. Lewis and known to his friends and family as Jack, was a novelist, academic, medievalist, literary critic, essayist, lay theologian and Christian apologist. He is also known for his fiction, especially The Screwtape Letters, The Chronicles of Narnia and The Space Trilogy. Lewis was a close friend of J. R. R. Tolkien, the author of The Lord of the Rings. Both authors were leading figures in the English faculty at Oxford University and in the informal Oxford literary group known as the "Inklings". According to his memoir Surprised by Joy, Lewis had been baptised in the Church of Ireland at birth, but fell away from his faith during his adolescence. Owing to the influence of Tolkien and other friends, at about the age of 30, Lewis returned to Christianity, becoming "a very ordinary layman of the Church of England". His conversion had a profound effect on his work, and his wartime radio broadcasts on the subject of Christianity brought him wide acclaim. In 1956, he married the American writer Joy Gresham (17 years his junior), who died four years later after a long battle against cancer. She was only 45 years old. Lewis himself died three years later following a heart attack, one week before what would have been his 65th birthday. Media coverage of his death was minimal, as he died on 22 November 1963 – the same day that US President John F. Kennedy was assassinated, and the same day Aldous Huxley died. Lewis's works have been translated into more than 30 languages and have sold millions of copies over the years. The books that make up The Chronicles of Narnia have sold the most and have been popularised on stage, in TV, in radio, and in cinema. 6

7. Personally I read these Chronicles twice in my life. It's a series of seven books in total. At the time I read them,I was blind to the strong occult influence in the books. While reading I did notice many weird things, like the appearance of pagan gods, demonic creatures, and the use of magic by the 'good ones'. But I didn't realize how serious these things are in the eyes of our God. 7

8. Just like most people I thought it was just 'fantasy'.I was convinced that, because Lewis was a famous Christian, the books 'must be good'. However the Lord has been speaking to me about His hatred toward the occult and the dark realm.He opened my eyes for His repeated commandthroughout the Bible not to be influenced by anythingfrom the spirit world that is not His Holy Spirit.Not even through books or movies! At this time I believe Father is busy opening the eyes of many of His children worldwide. 8

9. He is preparing a Bride for His Son Jesus Christ,that will be spotless, and fully cleansed for Her Bridegroom and Lord. That means that the Bride will be set apart from anything from the occult world, even if it is called 'fantasy'.She will be holy and fully dedicated to Jesus Christ and have no attachments with any other spirits. This article is an exposing of a strong demonic influence that is trying to defile Christians worldwide. It is a heartcry of God not to go along this introduction to the occult, but to remain pure before Him, so that His light can truly shine with great power in our lives. 9

10. For some readers it may be hard to understand what I am explaining here. Some may even thinkI am deceived myself. But I want to ask you to simply remember this: The only authority we have is the Word of God, the Bible. Not our own minds or feelings! If anything we encounter, even though it sounds very good and may be written or said by a famous leading Christian, goes directly against the Word of God, then we need toturn away from it. Even if it is our most favoritemovie, book or CD! 10

11. What I want to stress as well, is that this is not at all to attack C.S. Lewis or anyone else. Absolutely not.I just know that everyone can be mislead in certain degrees if we stray from the Word of God, the Bible. Even C.S. Lewis. And you and I, if we ignore the clear instructions of Jesus Christ in the Bible. So please try to read this with an honest heart and look at what the Bible has to say. 11

12. That will bring life and freedom. It is the truth that sets us free, nothing else. In the following I put the truth of God's Word besides different elements in 'The Chronicles of Narnia', that are known as 'The Most Enchanting Novels Ever Written'.May the Lord of truth help you while reading this. Narnia is a world full of idols The magic world of Narnia is inhabited almost exclusively by mythological creatures like satyrs, fauns, nymphs, dwarfs, giants, unicorns, centaurs, tree-spirits, river-gods, etc.In the eyes of many this may seem completely innocent. Most people think these weird creatures are the product of human imagination. But that is not true. The nymphs, satyrs, fauns, etc. that inhabit Narnia are beings that come from the pagan cults of demonic idolatry.Millions of people throughout history have worshipped these demonic beings, with fierce conviction. Even today many cults, witches and otherswho are active in the occult, call upon the powerand presence of these demonic powers. 14

15. Many Christians don't realize that pagan idolatry is the worship of existing demonic beings. It is much more than fantasy!We are talking about powers that have ruled entire empires, like the Roman, Greek and Egyptian worlds, for many centuries. This is what God tells us in the Bible about pagan gods:"The sacrifices of pagans are offered to demons, not to God,and I do not want you to be participants with demons.You cannot drink the cup of the Lordand the cup of demons too;you cannot have a part in both the Lord's tableand the table of demons."(1 Corinthians 10:20-21)Nymphs for example are female spirits that inspire false prophecy and lead people into perverse sexual behavior. Fauns are spirits that represent lust, fear and deceptionthrough music. In Narnia nymphs and fauns dance with Aslan and the children! The Bible is clear about the fact that there is a huge spirit world, that is the source of all idolatry. 15

16. Just look round in paranormal bookstores. Everywhere around you'll see pictures of unicorns, dwarfs, nymphs, etc.Millions of people worldwide experience the power of these spiritual forces. The Bible calls them fallen angels, deceiving spirits, rulers in the spirit world, etc. They are the true origin of all false religion.Narnia is a world that is almost exclusively inhabited by these occult beings that come from pagan idolatry.They are represented as good beings, that are befriended by Aslan, the lion (who is told to be a symbol of Jesus Christ.) The question is: how could Jesus Christ, who came to set people free from idolatry and demonic powers, ever be a friend of these spirits? 16

Pan and Bacchus: lust, fear and intoxication One of the demons represented in Narnia appears in a seemingly innocent form, with the name 'Tumnus'.Tumnus is a weird creature who is half goat, half human.He is portrayed as a friend of the children, who welcomesthem in Narnia. What most people don't know is that Tumnus represents the Greek idol 'PAN' (the Romans called him 'Faunus').Please look attentively at these two pictures below.Left you see a statue of Tumnus, inhabitant of Narnia.Right you see a statue of the demonic idol Pan. 17

19. Other facts that prove that Tumnus refers to Pan:- Pan is a spirit that lives in the forest, according to Greek mythology. Where does Tumnus live? In the forest!- Pan plays music in an excellent way, to enchant nymphs.The panpipe is named after him. Tumnus plays a whistle,by which he enchants others (the girl Lucy for example).- Pan inspires people to celebrate wild parties in the forest,in the middle of the night. Tumnus indeed parties togetherwith all other inhabitants of Narnia in the forest at nighttime. The name 'Pan' means 'ALL'. He is the ruling demon over all pagan gods. In biblical terms he would be described as a 'principality'. 19

20. Even today he plays an important role in modern whitchcraft. Pan symbolises extreme forms of sexual perversity including (hold onto your seat) sex with GOATS! He incites people to group sex. Pan is also the spirit of false prophecy. He passes on inspiration he himself receives from the nymphs.Because of his extreme characteristics, early Christians believed Pan was a direct representation of Satan himself.Everybody who reads his Bible knows that spirits who inspire false prophecy are not fantasy. These are existing demonic beings, that we are to stay far away frominstead of including them in our children's books...Besides Pan there is another terrible demonic creature, presented as an innocent inhabitant of the world of Aslan.The name of this demon is Bacchus, the Roman idolfor sex and drunkenness. He's represented as a jollyparty-goer, who parties with the children and Aslanin the forest, at night. 20

On the internet I saw a T-shirtwith an image of Bacchus on it.A warning was added to it:"Wear this god of sex, wine anddrunkenness at your own risk.We distance ourselves fromany responsibility for possibleconsequences..." This demon appears in number four of The Chronicles of Narnia. The book is titled 'Prince Caspian'. Please read this quote from the book: 21

It is important to see what is happening here.There is a very wild dance going on around Aslan, the lion.This dance takes place in the forest, in the middle of the night.Among the weirdest and wildest creatures, that are suddenlycoming forth from the darkness of the night and from the forest,an 'extremely wild' looking person appears, who is barely naked and who's surrounded by 'a lot of girls, as wild as he.'At the same time everyone is shouting some weird words:'Euan, Euan, Eu-oi-oi-oi." These words are an ancient witches’ chant used to invoke the power and presence of Bacchus.This is another quote from The Chronicles of Narnia: 23

25. Along with Bacchus there are wild dancing women called Meanads.Who are they? Meanads are known as some of the most violentand perverse demonic creatures from Greek mythology.They had tremendous power which they used to kill those who would not join in the ritual dances. In Narnia they are depicted as friends of Aslan... The wild feast around the bonfire on midsummer nightis more than just a time of rejoicing. It is described as a 'magic dance'. In Greek mythology these extremely wild dances were times of extreme sexual perversity and demonic activity. 25

Today thousands of witches all over the world still havethese kind of 'parties', in the forests, in the middle of the nightsinging ancient chants, calling forth the presence of demons.The fact that spirits of lust and perversion and their ritual dancesare described in Narnia in such detail, is something to take very seriously. In no way Jesus Christ will ever allow a mixture taking place between Himself and these powers of extreme sin.However, many people believe The Chronicles of Narniaare good Christian literature... 26

27. C. S. Lewis ate from the wrong table The author of The Chronicles of Narnia is Clive Staples Lewis. Many Christians consider him to be one of the greatestChristian authors that ever lived. The question then is:how is it possible that such a 'Christian' author wroteso positively about demons of lust and drunkenness?How come he puts these famous pagan gods in a series of children's books? He even mentionstheir many different names (Bromius, Bassareus, the Ram, Bacchus, Silenus, etc.). 27

28. And worst of all: he pictures them as good beings,who dance along with Aslan, the lion. They are not mentioned as enemies, but as friendsof the children. This is very serious... How can this be? The answer is simple and serious: everybody who does not keep himself pure, can beterribly deceived. Even a famous Christian author!Lewis ate and drank from the table of pagan idolatry. He slurped it in and was so full of it,that this world of idols and sorcerycame out through his books. 28

29. Allowing influence from the demonic realm is oneof the most serious sins a true Christian can commit. It is something the Lord strongly warns against, throughout the Bible: "What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols?For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: Therefore come out from them and be separate, says the Lord.Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty."(2 Corinthians 6:16-18)"Each of you, get rid of the vile images you have set your eyes on, and do not defile yourselveswith the idols of Egypt. I am the LORD your God."(Ezekiel 20:7) 29

This crucial cry for holiness is still continuing today!In order to remain pure, it is extremely important to obey the call to keep ourselves undefiled from the demonic realm.For there is a reality we all need to keep in mind: Every Christian who allows himself to be touched by the demonic world, will be contaminated.Even if it's only through books, movies or games. God's call to 'Touch no unclean thing' and 'not to drinkfrom the cup of demons' is extremely serious.No matter who it might be: ignoring these essential warnings from the Holy God is very dangerous.Drinking from the well of the occultwill defile even the most sincere Christian. 30

31. Narnia is very popular in the occult world All over the world The Chronicles of Narnia are soldin secular and occult bookstores. Millions of people who do not want to have anything to do with the Bible or Jesus Christ are big fans of Narnia.They love it! They sell it. They worship it... Just have a look around on the internet and you'll see how people who are involved in the occult are in love with Narnia! That is a clear sign that it's not inspired by the Holy Spirit,but by other spirits. Because the true Spirit of God will never be welcomed by people who hate the gospeland practice witchcraft. The hallmark of pure Christianity is that it clashes with the powers of this world.The undefiled gospel will always causea conflict of spirits, a war between God and Satan. 31

32. That's why Jesus Christ says:"If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world,but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you."(John 15:19) The ungodly world will never be enthusiasticabout something that is truly from Jesus Christ. Light and darkness simply collide, they do not mix. The spirit of this world, which is marked by magic and witchcraft,hates the Spirit of God. Yet it will of course always try to imitate God's light, in order to deceive people who want to follow God.The fact that The Chronicles of Narnia are favoriteliterature amongst many witches and occult peopleis a clear sign of its true source 32

33. Narnia is part of the spirit of this time We live in a time where there's more and more influencefrom the occult. The Bible says that we're headinga stream of supernatural activity, that will be false.Jesus Christ and the apostles, in the Bible, have clearly warned usthat there will be a time when false miracles will take place and when there will be false prophets and false christs. They will pretend te be very good and helpful,but they draw from the wrong well.They deceive people. 33

34. It seems that we're living in a time in which humanityis massively being prepared for this occult activity.People hear more and more that psychic and magic powersare normal. That's how man is being preparedfor the power of darkness, who will try to seduce everyone.What's also characteristic of this time, is that the gospelis being mixed with other religions. In Narnia this clearly happens:the pagan world of idolatry is the world of Aslan who is said to represent Jesus. 34

Many people believe that Narnia is a blessing to Christiansand that it will tell the story of the gospel to the world.I believe the exact opposite is true: Christians are being influencedby a wave of the occult, coming through moviesthat seem to have a good Christian message.There is a strong spiritual defilement taking placeamong most Christians right now. It is time for someloud voices to come up against this deception... 35

36. Narnia does not lead people to Christ The reason why many believe The Chronicles of Narniaare Christian, is because Aslan is said to symbolise Jesus Christ. He gives His life to break off the spell, which was brought upon the land by the white witch. That is indeed something that makes a Christian think of Jesus Christwho gave His life to save the world. 36

37. But please be honest about this: what non-Christianwill ever see Jesus Christ in this story? If they have never been willing to listen to the message of the gospel, why on earth would we believe that suddenly this movie will change their hearts?In the seven books that are part of The Chronicles of Narnia,the name of Jesus Christ is nowhere mentioned.On the other hand some other names are mentioned very clearly: Bacchus, Silenus, Maenads, etc.The goal of the movie makers and even of C.S. Lewisclearly wasn't leading people to Christ. A true messengerof the gospel will never make a mixture between the demonic and Jesus Christ. 37

38. It seems that most Christians have been blinded so severly by the spirit of this world, that they believe they need magic and the occult to bring the message of Jesus. It is a terrible deception.What this world needs is a truly Holy Spirit annointed proclamationof the gospel, which is a message of deep repentance from anything that is occult or unclean. 38

Please decide to listen and obey I hope that after reading this information you will have realized that there is something else going on behind the scenes of Narnia, than what almost the entire Christian world is thinking.We believe the Lord has asked us to spread this message.He really wants a bride that is pure and blameless.It is terrible to see how strong the defilement and spiritual blindness is, that marks the Church today But the Holy Spirit is crying out to the people of God all over the world, to take a stand.Not to go along with the streams of this world. 39

40. We need to make a choice. To stand up against this kind of deception and to become a pure bride for Jesus Christ.The Lord is calling all of us to keep ourselves far from anything occult. We need to become more and more pure, in orderto be truly anointed and powerful vessels of His love and power.Defiling ourselves with the demonic will surely not help us in our mission to spread the gospel.Satan is trying to seduce all of us to eat and drink from the wrong tables. Narnia is absolutely not the only moviethat has brought demonic defilement to the Church. Lord of the Rings is another example of a movie thatis packed with sorcery, witchcraft, demons, etc. 40

41. There are many tricks Satan is playing right now to bring subtle but powerful spiritual influence into the lives of God's people. Please obey the call of our Holy Lord, that is seen throughout the Bible. Please do not ignore this. Please take a stand. Purify yourself.The Lord does not take it lightly when His childrenbecome contaminated by the demonic. He hates it. Make sure you do what the Lord requires of you. 41

As God has said: Therefore, come out from them,and be separate, says the Lord.Touch no unclean thing and I will receive you."(2 Corinthians 6:16-17)It's a choice you have to make for yourselves.Become a bright shining light. Turn away from anythingthat is unclean. Even if it is said to be very good Christian material. The Lord sees right through our excuses and into our hearts.Let's walk in the light!
