Value Proposition
For the tire consumer who wants to obtain product information
to make informed tire purchasing decisions without the pressure
of a sales associate, FASTrack interactive system will provide as
much or as little product information as needed.
We do this by equipping all Forsythe retail locations with an
interactive touch screen system that provides specification,
technology and pricing information for our products. This system
is integrated with tire specification information for every car
manufacturers’ make and model, to determine the best products
available to match each customer’s unique needs.
Unlike other tire retailers that depend on point of sale marketing
material to educate customers about products and sales pitches
to sell products, FASTrack is a more efficient way of meeting
consumer needs by using innovative technology to deliver
product information that will help make informed purchasing
decisions without any added pressure or frustrations.
+The Technology
Forsythe will partner with Motorola
Solutions to develop the FASTrack
interactive system and smartphone
app. Motorola will provide solutions
that will allow customers to check
prices, get product information or
find an associate at the exact
moment they want one.
This system will provide data on
customer flow, recommend related
items to shoppers and track how
promotions influence purchases,
leading to satisfied customers and
smarter merchandising and
stocking decisions.
The technology will also use Wi-Fi
analytics to provide customer
insight with detailed statistics about
customer activity (per store visit
time, repeat customers, total
customers in store, demographic
profiles) and supporting programs
to improve the customer
experience.

FASTrack Kiosk Interface
+Smartphone App
Forsythe will offer customers a
discount on tire purchases when the
FASTrack app is downloaded at
point of sale. Customers will set up
an account through the app that
tracks their tire purchases and saves
information about the products.
The app will send maintenance
reminder push notifications to the
customers. When customers bring
their car in for tire maintenance
during the recommended time
period, they will receive an
additional discount on tire
maintenance service.
This smartphone app will use
discount incentives to help build
brand loyalty by encouraging
customers to return to Forsythe retail
locations for maintenance and
ultimately new tire replacement.

  • 2. + Value Proposition For the tire consumer who wants to obtain product information to make informed tire purchasing decisions without the pressure of a sales associate, FASTrack interactive system will provide as much or as little product information as needed. We do this by equipping all Forsythe retail locations with an interactive touch screen system that provides specification, technology and pricing information for our products. This system is integrated with tire specification information for every car manufacturers’ make and model, to determine the best products available to match each customer’s unique needs. Unlike other tire retailers that depend on point of sale marketing material to educate customers about products and sales pitches to sell products, FASTrack is a more efficient way of meeting consumer needs by using innovative technology to deliver product information that will help make informed purchasing decisions without any added pressure or frustrations.
  • 3. +The Technology Forsythe will partner with Motorola Solutions to develop the FASTrack interactive system and smartphone app. Motorola will provide solutions that will allow customers to check prices, get product information or find an associate at the exact moment they want one. This system will provide data on customer flow, recommend related items to shoppers and track how promotions influence purchases, leading to satisfied customers and smarter merchandising and stocking decisions. The technology will also use Wi-Fi analytics to provide customer insight with detailed statistics about customer activity (per store visit time, repeat customers, total customers in store, demographic profiles) and supporting programs to improve the customer experience.

Customers will set up an account through the app that tracks their tire purchases and saves information about the products. The app will send maintenance reminder push notifications to the customers. When customers bring their car in for tire maintenance during the recommended time period, they will receive an additional discount on tire maintenance service. This smartphone app will use discount incentives to help build brand loyalty by encouraging customers to return to Forsythe retail locations for maintenance and ultimately new tire replacement.

  10. The FASTracksmartphone app will be available for download on Android and iPhone platforms. Customers can begin taking advantage of discounts right away when they make a purchase. The app will send reminder notifications for tire maintenance and also offer incentives when customers bring their vehicles in for routine tire checks within the recommended timeframe. It will also keep track of mileage, service history and allow customers to schedule a service appointment. Other features available will include, where to find cheap gas, a parking reminder and find a FASTrack store locator. This smartphone app will help Forsythe track consumer purchasing habits and the effectiveness discount programs. The goal is to build brand awareness and loyalty by providing customers with incentives to bring their vehicles back for maintenance and eventually for new tire purchases at the end of the tire life.
