Health Reform Legislation What does it mean for company wellness programs? Wellness incentives increase from 20 – 30% of the total premium More public tools: government web portals, call centers, research data, surveys & evaluation tools
Health Reform Legislation What does it mean for small companies? Small business tax credits rise to 35% through 2013 and then 50% in 2014 and 2015 if company buys insurance on the insurance exchanges. Grant money available beginning in 2011 for small businesses (fewer than 100 employees who work more than 25 hours per week) that do not already have wellness programs.
