4. by Hexagram Solutions 1. Click Add/Manage Users - For creating, managing & viewing documents, folders & master files You can easily create user accounts for your employees to access the HQ Control System. Create User Accounts

5. by Hexagram Solutions 2. Click “New User Account” - This will create an account under the company. Access to specific projects under the company can be set and controlled later. Note: Only accounts created under “Superadmin” will have Super Admin access. Super Admins have access to all features and project documents in the system. Create User Accounts

Fill in the details and click “Create New User” E-mail is optional and can be added by the user later Mark this box for login details to be automatically e-mailed to the user. E-mail address is required for this. Else, you’ll have to manually inform the user of his login details Create User Accounts
