program in Nepal.Through the
CHBC program, regular home
visits by medical attendants
have resulted in quality living
for our beneficiaries.
9. Bisexuals, transgender, gays and lesbians are living a
dignified life because of the primary care, social and legal
support provided by the Blue Diamond Society (BDS)
under the Global Fund program.
11. Counseling services are provided in all 19
Community Care Centers (CCC). Clients receive
life saving information on HIV and AIDS,ART
adherence, managememnt of opportunistic
infections, essential refferals, prevention and care
of SexuallyTransmitted Infections, safe sex and
positive prevention.
17. Methadone maintenance program is
provided in six government hospitals, who
work very closely with Social Support
Units funded by the global fund to provide
methadone to people who inject drugs.
