vicinity of any RMC / mega project site

cement / fly ash to the main silo

5. SCREW CONVEYOR
Our tubular feed screws provide a dustfree conveyance of your products when
it comes to distances of up to 8 m
without having to resort to central
bearing. As for longer distances, lowmaintenance slide bearings are
applied.
The nature of the worm blades ranges
from blades made of mild steel to those
made of wearing or even carbide
plates.
No matter what you require, should it
be about horizontal transportation or
transportation of up to around 45°
uphill grade; we draw up the plans for
tubular feed screws according to your
specifications.
BELT CONVEYOR
We offer a wide range of belt conveyors
such as industrial belt conveyors,
precision belt conveyors, self contained
conveyors and heavy duty belt
conveyors that are capable of handling
heavy loads and are used in diverse
industries. The belt of the conveyor is

6. AGGREGATE CONVEYOR
Conveyors in aggregate applications
are essential for transporting material
from one location to another within a
plant. Since the material being
transported can range from bulk
material such as large rocks to smaller
rocks, gravel or rock dust the
application requirements can vary
considerably. With this wide range of
application requirements a product
has to be capable of fitting multiple

7. CEMENT & FLY ASH SILOS
The cement & fly ash silo of the
production of engineering company
"SUPERMIX
EQUIPMENTS"
is
intended to receive cement from
cement trucks, store it, and convey it
through the screw conveyor to the
place of the ready mix preparation.
They are used in the expanded
production of concrete products.
The sensor of low and upper level is
installed to control the cement level;
the silos are also equipped with Vent
filters of series SVF with blowing
system of filtered elements remotely
or locally – operated. The Vent filter
is set up on the upper silo’s platform
and served to clean the dusty air
passing from silo during the cement
charging.
The cement feeding into silo is made through the pneumatic cement tube; the
electromagnetic vibrators are installed in the low (cone) part of the silo to provide the
continuous material supply.
The cement discharge from silo is made by screw conveyor.
The support pedestal, tank and other parts of silos are made from qualitative steel and
covered with protective corrosion proof coating. It makes it possible to work in any climatic
conditions and guarantee its long operating life. The silo’s tank is made from steel of 4-6 mm
of thickness.

8. HORIZONTAL SILOS
The Silo Logistics horizontal silo is
constructed from a minimum 5mm
plate suitably stressed and braced
with structural steel members. It is
supplied with:
Horizontal V trough extraction auger.
Inclined tubular discharge augers (optional length and capacities available).
Electrical controls and starters for augers and ancillary equipment.
Reverse jet air filter 24m2 capacities.
Pressure relief valve and sensor.
Rotary high level indicator and extension paddle.
24" flanged and bolted manway inspection hatch and internal safety bars.
Steel fill pipe and unicone connection.
External audio alarm to warn and identify high level and over pressure conditions.

9. PNUEMATIC CONVEYING SYSTEM

Pneumatic Conveying System is
a widely adopted means of
transporting dry bulk material
either by Vacuum or by
Pressure of Air. Depending on

10. BULKAR UNLOADING SYSTEM
The conveying rate achieved is 30 - 32
Tons per hour. When cement / fly ash
are received at site in Bags, then they
are manually taken to a hopper. Bags
are slit and loose material is dumped in
to the hopper. A specially, designed
screw feeder and low pressure air
insertion ensures measured flow of
material in to the discharge pipe line The
cement / fly ash dropped in discharge
pipe are pushed ahead to main silo with
the pressure of 1 Kg/Cm2. The transfer
rate achieved is 12 to 15 Tons / Hour for
this mode the same operational
procedures remain common for lime
handling systems also.
