2.  Website – view the site and determine the
things necessary to make it function better
and attract more people
 Flyers – currently only one flyer for all three
programs offered, turn these into 3 separate
flyers to pin point the separate programs in a
more targeted manner.

3.  Youths from 5 yrs. to 15 yrs. for after -school
programs.
 Parents wanting their kids to be able to enjoy
athletic programs in a safe environment.
 A safe environment for kids during the
summer that helps develop awareness as well
as community involvement, teamwork and
physical activity.

4.  Company: Founded by Larry Siegel in 1956 to
foster and encourage in the youth of the
community a spirit of loyalty and faith in
American traditions.
 Industry: Targeted organization providing
affordable care for children while promoting
self-esteem and teamwork.

5.  Create three individualized flyers to promote
the targeted programs of the organization.
 Review website to suggest improvements
that will help promote the organization.
 Develop some key ways to generate
community involvement.

 A: active sports participation for our youth
 R: recreational involvement for our youth
 T: teamwork promotion for our youth

7.  Determine what the budget would be for the
production and the distribution for the flyers.
 Determine what the budget would be for the
improvements of the website.
 Determine the budget for community
advertisement.

8.  Propose and submit all marketing plans to
Phillip Ray, Executive Director of the Police
Athletic League of Tampa.

9.  Implement the suggested marketing ideas
and promote sign-ups immediately.
