Kostadin Sirleshtov, Partner, Energy,

Kostadin is widely considered as one of the
leading energy lawyers in Bulgaria, advising
on many of the country’s largest projects in recent
years; he previously worked as the Chief of Minister’s
Cabinet within the Ministry of Energy, and was part of
the working group which prepared Bulgaria’s current
energy legislation.
Ian Herbert, Partner, Oil and Gas Team,
CMS Cameron McKenna LLP
Ian is part of CMS’ London energy team, and
regularly advises some of the leading oil & gas
companies, including BP, BG, Talisman and
Maersk, on a variety of onshore and offshore
infrastructure projects, services contracts, and
mergers & acquisitions. He has spent 18 months on
secondment with BP Angola and previously worked for
McDermott, the US based offshore oil & gas contractor.
