1. I am Shane Kloepfer. I am earning my degree in Business
Management. I plan to enter my family’s Ready Mix and
Asphalt Paving Business. There I will train to become one of
the managers within the company. I am certified in testing
aggregate and I am certified in testing concrete. I have my
CDL (Commercial Driver’s License), and I understand little
slices of the whole company. I am getting the tools or
education I need in college, and also I have had opportunity
to get experience working within the company in between
semesters.

4. My three most substantial accomplishments and
why do I view them as such?
 Being part of my family
 Being oldest I have lead by example

BYU-Idaho?
