3. Enactus is an international non profit organization which aims
to bring a change in the society.
It is a student run organisation where students form teams on
their campuses to create and implement community projects
that empower people to improve their quality of life and
standard of living.
An annual series of regional and national competitions
provides a forum for teams to showcase the impact of their
outreach efforts, and to be evaluated by executives serving as
judges. National champion teams advance to the prestigious
World Cup.

6. Project Chhaap
Chhaap aims at improving the socio-economic conditions of
the people of the Chattarpur slum by empowering women and
the elderly and providing them with a sustainable source of
income. They also created a sustainable future by urging the
stores to replace the existing plastic bags with Chhaap printed
cloth bags.

7. Project AZMAT
Project Azmat, aimed at the rehabilitation of manual
scavengers( who pick human excreta) by providing them an
alternative source of livelihood that was providing them
basic literacy and financial training and training in detergent
making to make them proficient to practice an alternative
livelihood and replacement of dry latrines with proper
toilets.

members and overall functioning.

1. Vice President : Managing a team, regular activities and progress of the concerned

2. Executive Member : Working in a team with fellow members, managing the tasks
assigned to them and coming with better ideas to improve the performance of
their concerned departments.

18. How can you be a part of enactus ?
1. Application Form- Go to Facebook Event Page named
“ Enactus Maitreyi- Registrations” and fill out the
Google form which is present on that page.
1. Group Discussion (GD) - A group discussion will be
held for all the students willing to be a part of enactus .
Candidates shortlisted on the basis of GD will be called
for the Personal Interview.
2. Personal Interview (PI)- General as well as Specific
Questions related to the department you want to be in
will be asked .
