1) ESSEC Business School is discussing integrating non-submitted applicants into their applicant tracking system (BRM) to track prospective students who have not yet applied. 2) A batch process runs hourly to create or update records of non-submitted applicants in the recruitment database (SRARECR) based on data from the applications database (SAAEAPS). 3) The batch process prevents duplicate records by not creating new records if the applicant already exists for the same application term and type. This ensures non-submitted applicants are only counted once in the system.
