Once you have decided on your objectives, you need to define the combination of data
and topics to achieve it:
Identify what key message you want your audience to remember and what is the action
you want them to take.
Identify the topics and arguments in support of your message and do not use too many
details. Remember your opinions have little importance to your audience they want facts.
Define how to convey the message why the audience should be interested in your
message
Identify the emotional components of your message and provide your audience motives
to share your views
Make sure the key message you have selected supports the objectives of your
presentation
Are the topics of your message clear and easy to understand to your audience?
What are the objections you need to neutralise and which part of the message need to
be developed?
What else you need to do to convince your audience?
Have you prepared both logic and emotional arguments to convince your audience?
Is the situation formal or informal
