What is Telemedicine Medical services including various medical checkup to remote patients through network. First proposed in 1988 Generally refers to the use of communications and information technologies for the delivery of clinical care. Sometimes different sensors are used to Human body to collect EHR [Electronic Health Record].

Field of Interest The Human Heart Rate is a very good indicator of one’s physical condition. Our interest is on using the existing Heart Rate Measuring Device as a Diagnostic Tool of any Telemedicine System. We are going to provide the service in both GSM Network & Internet (if time permits).

Objectives Detecting Accurate Heartbeat by HRM Module. Forward data to mobile & PC. Transfer data through GSM Network [SMS, GPRS or 3G]. Transfer data using Internet [email]. Evaluating our implementation.

ABSTRACT Wireless sensor network is a set of tiny elements i.e. sensors. WSN is used in the field of Health Monitoring, Civil Construction, Military Applications and Agricultural etc., for monitoring environmental parameters.The WSN is having the challenges like less processing power, less memory, less bandwidth and battery powered. The data monitored through the sensors would be sent to the sink for data processing. The data sent from sensor node can be controlled for saving the energy, as maximum energy is consumed for transmission of data and it is not possible to replace the batteries frequently. In this work threshold based and adaptive threshold based data reduction techniques with energy efficient shortest path are used for minimizing the energy of sensor node and the network. Adaptive approach saves energy and reduce data by 30% to 40% as compared to threshold based approach.

Abstract The use of wireless sensor networks in healthcare applications is growing in a fast pace. Numerous applications such as heart rate monitor, blood pressure monitor and endoscopic capsule are already in use. To address the growing use of sensor technology in this area, a new field known as wireless body area networks has emerged. As most devices and their applications are wireless in nature, security and privacy concerns are among major areas of concern. Body area networks can collect information about an individual’s health, fitness and energy expenditure. Comprising body sensors that communicate wirelessly with the patients control device for monitoring and external communication. This paper provides the challenges of using the wireless sensor network in biomedical field and how to solve most of these issues. To analyze the different security strategies in Wireless Sensor Networks and propose this system to give highest quality medical care with full security in their reliability

— The healthcare industry is considered one of the largest industry in the world. The healthcare industry is same as the medical industries having the largest amount of health related and medical related data. This data helps to discover useful trends and patters that can be used in diagnosis and decision making. Clustering techniques like K-means, D-streams, COBWEB, EM have been used for healthcare purposes like heart disease diagnosis, cancer detection etc. This paper focuses on the use of K-means and D-stream algorithm in healthcare. This algorithms were used in healthcare to determine whether a person is fit or unfit and this fitness decision was taken based on his/her historical and current data. Both the clustering algorithms were analyzed by applying them on patients current biomedical historical databases, this analysis depends on the attributes like peripheral blood oxygenation, diastolic arterial blood pressure, systolic arterial blood pressure, heart rate, heredity, obesity, and this fitness decision was taken based on his/her historical and current data. Both the clustering algorithms were analyzed by applying them on patients current biomedical historical databases, this analysis depends on the attributes like peripheral blood oxygenation, diastolic arterial blood pressure, systolic arterial blood pressure, heart rate, heredity, obesity, cigarette smoking. By analyzing both the algorithm it was found that the Density-based clustering algorithm i.e. the D-stream algorithm proves to give more accurate results than K-means when used for cluster formation of historical biomedical data. Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) for healthcare have emerged in the recent years. Wireless technology has been developed and used widely for different medical fields. This technology provides healthcare services for patients, especially who suffer from chronic diseases. Services such as catering continuous medical monitoring and get rid of disturbance caused by the sensor of instruments. Sensors are connected to a patient by wires and become bed-bound that less from the mobility of the patient. In this paper, proposed a real-time heart pulse monitoring system via conducted an electronic circuit architecture to measure Heart Pulse (HP) for patients and display heart pulse measuring via smartphone and computer over the network in real-time settings. In HP measuring application standpoint, using sensor technology to observe heart pulse by bringing the fingerprint to the sensor via used Arduino microcontroller with Ethernet shield to connect heart pulse circuit to the internet and send results to the web server and receive it anywhere. The proposed system provided the usability by the user (userfriendly) not only by the specialist. Also, it offered speed andresults accuracy, the highest availability with the user on an ongoing basis, and few cost.

Now-a-days, many diseases are reducing the life time of the human. One of the major diseases is cardiovascular disease (CVD). It has become very common perhaps because of increasingly busy lifestyles.The rapid development of mobile communication technologies offers innumerable opportunities for the development of software and hardware applications for remote monitoring of cardiac disease. Compressed ECG is used for fast and efficient. Before performing the diagnosis, the compressed ECG must be decompressed for conventional ECG diagnosis algorithm. This decompression introduces unnecessary delay. In this paper, we introduce advanced data mining technique to detect cardiac abnormalities from the compressed ECG using real time classification of CVD.When the patient affect cardiac disease, at the time hospital server can automatically inform to patient via email/SMS based on the real time CVD classification. Our proposed system initially uses the data mining technique, such as Genetic algorithm for attribute selection and Expectation Maximization based clustering. IoT and machine learning (ML) are becoming increasingly efficient in the medical and telemedicine areas all around the world. This article describes a system that employs latest technology to give a more accurate method of forecasting disease. This technology uses sensors to collect data from the body of the patient. The obtained sensor information is collected with NodeMcU before being transferred to the Cloud Platform "ThinkSpeak" through an ESP8266 Wi-Fi module. ThinkSpeak is a cloud server that provides real-time data streams in the cloud. For the best results, data currently saved in the cloud is evaluated by one of the machine learning algorithms, the KNN algorithm. Based on the findings of the analysis and compared with the data sets, the disease is predicted and a prescription for the relevant disease is issued.

GSM technology is used to monitor the different parameters of an ICU patient remotely and also control over medicine dosage is provided. Measurements of vital signs and behavioral patterns can be translated into accurate predictors of health risk ,even at an early stage and can be combined with alarm triggering systems in order to initiate the appropriate actions. The conventional methods including wet adhesive Ag/AgCl electrodes for HR and HRV, the capnograph device for respiratory status and pulse oximetry for oxyhemoglobin saturation provide excellent signals but are expensive, troublesome and inconvenient. A method to monitor physiological information based on GSM offers a new means for health monitoring. In this paper, we review the latest developments in monitoring and discuss the challenges and future directions for this field.

Abstract: With an increase in the population of aged people with health issues, nowadays the significance of ECG based remote patient monitoring system as a point of care (PoC) application in the hospitals is getting increased. Patient ECG signal and other physiological information like body temperature, blood pressure, and glucose level, etc., collected by the body sensor networks will be transmitted to the central hospital servers. After processing this information, the system sends the alerts to the doctors if any abnormal condition arises. The major problem with this scenario is, the confidentiality of these information must be potted while the transmission over public channel and storing in the hospital servers. In this paper, an ECG steganography based cryptographic technique is proposed to preserve the confidentiality of the information. The proposed algorithm conceals the encrypted patients’ information in the ECG signal without affecting the quality of that signal. It uses the cryptography and ECG steganography techniques to preserve the confidentiality of the patients’ information. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is evaluated by comparing with the existing algorithms. It is proved that the proposed algorithm is more secure with high processing speed and low distortion of data and host ECG signal.

Introduction Remote monitoring, or telemonitoring, can be regarded as a subdivision of telemedicine - the use of electronic and telecommunications technologies to provide and support health care when distance separates the participants [1]. Telemonitoring involves the use of audio, video, and other telecommunications and electronic information processing technologies to monitor patient status at a distance. Th e patient and the carer/system surveying, analysing or interpreting the data could be a few feet apart, but more often they will be in diff erent areas of the same building, diff erent buildings or diff erent towns. In theory, they could even be in diff erent countries or continents. Th e fi rst case of direct transmission of a patient variable was that of an electrocardiograph (ECG) in 1905 by the inventor of the ECG, Einthoven [2]. However, the routine use of telemonitoring began in 1961 when the ECG, respiratory rate, electro-oculogram and galvanic skin response of the fi rst human in space, Yuri Gagarin, were continuously monitored by doctors on earth. Figure 1 shows typical ECG tracings from Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins, received at the Mission Control Center approximately 384,467 kilometres away, during various periods of the Apollo 11 mission to the moon in 1969. Th is review will provide a broad overview of this resurgent fi eld of medical remote monitoring and will describe the components of telemedicine, the current clinical utilisation and the fi eld’s obvious challenges. Where possible, the article provides the appropriate references to allow the interested reader to obtain additional information. Using the Smart phone and SPOC, the Software or Hardware like computing power and energy can be gathered opportunistically to process the intensive Personal Health Information (PHI) of the medical user when he/she is in critical situation with minimal Private Disclosure. And also we introduce an efficient usercentric Private access control in SPOC Framework which is based on attribute access control and a new privatepreserving scalar product computation (PPSPC) technique and Makes a medical user (patient) to participate in opportunistic computing in transmitting his PHI data. Elaborated security analysis describes that the proposed SPOC framework can efficiently achieve usercentric Private access control in M-Healthcare emergency. In this paper we introduce Private-Preserving Support for Mobile Healthcare using Message Digest where we have used MD5 algorithm ,which can certainly achieves an efficient way and minimizes the memory consumed and the large amount of PHI data of the medical user (patient) is reduced to a fixed amount of size compared to AES which parallels increases the Speed of the data to be sent to TA without any delay which in-turn the professionals at Healthcare center can get exactly the Recent tablet user PHI data and can save their lives in correct time. Later, we perform machine learning on the data by training a model and finally develop a Plotly Dash analytical application integrating the model for visualization near real-time.Findings show that emergency cases are detected using vital body parameters which include the body temperature, oxygen levels, heart rate and the age. The model indicates a 97% accuracy.In conclusion, children’s emergency cases are detected in time using IoT gadgets and machine learning classification.

2. What is Telemedicine Medical services including various medical checkup to remote patients through network. First proposed in 1988 Generally refers to the use of communications and information technologies for the delivery of clinical care. Sometimes different sensors are used to Human body to collect EHR [Electronic Health Record].

4. Field of Interest The Human Heart Rate is a very good indicator of one’s physical condition. Our interest is on using the existing Heart Rate Measuring Device as a Diagnostic Tool of any Telemedicine System. We are going to provide the service in both GSM Network & Internet (if time permits).

5. Objectives Detecting Accurate Heartbeat by HRM Module. Forward data to mobile & PC. Transfer data through GSM Network [SMS, GPRS or 3G]. Transfer data using Internet [email]. Evaluating our implementation.

9. Conclusion We will try to develop such a Heart Rate Measuring [HRM] module which differs from existing modules as it can access the Telemedicine Network without informing the patient. Thus it will reduce the complexity of service as well as increases the portability.
