• bop – Book Of Pictures
• bop is a photo book of digital images taken by a user, either
randomly or in a traditional picture style, these images are then
chosen by the user to a maximum of 30 images and uploaded via
the bop app once a month.
• ibop then takes these images and formats them in to a book of
pictures, these are matched with relevant advertisements based on:
• Age
• Gender
• Location
• Interest
• Advertisers Requirements
• bop also adds Geo-Mapping, & Temporal information to show
where the user was & when the picture was taken.

• If a user signs up with a military email address, they will be sent a
second copy free automatically to be forwarded to the
serviceman/woman

9. Why bop?
bop is the innovative new “traditional” permission marketing channel
which allows marketers to powerfully embed their brands in their
customer’s most treasured memories. It’s what marketing is meant to
be about.
boppers opt into receiving ads on the back of their photos in return for
free prints on high quality photo paper, delivered monthly, they receive
almost 400 free prints a year, a saving of almost €65 a year.
Traditional advertising is disposable. Newspapers & magazines are
thrown out or left behind, Billboards are replaced, TV & Cinema are
ignored by DVR, channel Hoppers & latecomers. Online is dependent
on the user clicking & actively seeking you out.
Photographs are permanant. Cherished moments, loved ones, selfies.
All memories. Would you throw away a memory? By placing your
advert on the back of a bopper’s photpgraph, you’re forever
associating your brand with their memory. A memory that they’ll share
with family & friends & influential family decision makers.
The cover design will change on a monthly basis to create anticipatory demand.
We are also considering having a selection of covers which the user can select themselves, some would be plain, some with design, some dark, some bright, male orientated, female orientated.
We also want to run a design contest for users so that they can create a cover design & have that published.
The reverse of the front cover is sellable & commands a greater price as it is a full un-interrupted advert.
The reverse of each photo is physically printed upside down to enable us to have the ad on that open face the right way up with the user data confined to one quarter of the space.
By leaving a white background, we don’t “crowd” the user. With visuals.
There is a small white space above the photo (approx. ½ an inch) which is where the page is perforated for removing the photo from the book.
We intend to be able to offer specific targeted ads, so if for example, a user has small children, we can serve up baby orientated adverts.
The user will be able to tag faces in the app & they will be printed on the reverse of the image along with the time, date & GPS location.
We will also be able to offer the user a scan-able image so that they can receive a coupon direct to their email or handset.
We will need to know if they have an android or ios device to serve the correct code. (Passbook for Apple, Wallet for Android).
The customer will scan the code with our built in scanner keeping them in the app.
