Creating Employee Directory
Employee Directory: Employee Directory is used for Simple Search for the Candidates in your Business Group.
Employee Directory is a directory of all employees of any organization. Its provides a web based frontend that
helps search any employee in the organization It allows to browse through the organizational hierarchy, check
who’s who in the company, who reports to whom and how many people report to a manager and their
picture…. a lot of information, on one page
Step 1 : Setting up the Menu
Navigation : Switch to System AdministratorApplicationMenu Create your own Menu (Employee
Directory Menu) Menu Name: Employee Directory -->Save it

4. Step 2 : Define a Responsibility for the Employee Directory
Step 3 : Setting up the Security Profile for the Responsibility: Simple Employee Search
Navigation : System AdminProfileSystemSelect your Simple Employee search Responsibility
(a). HR%Business Group:
If Required Set the (HR: Cross Business Group at the Site set: YES)
(b). HR%Security Profile:

Step 4: Assign the Responsibility to the User:
Step 5: Refresh Employee Directory: This function get the employees information from Repository not from
HR Tables so we first we should run request to load all this information to the repository the request name is
(refresh Employee Directory)

6. Step 6: Check it will appear in the Window and Employee Search
Step 7: Search your Employee
Step 8: Check the Results Chandra Sekhar and his Hierarchy you can find it
