1. GManager Vehicle Pool Management
GlobeFleet Web Based Vehicle Pool Management System helps to
organize and manage the company vehicles in the pool and
personnel vehicle demands by collecting the necessary informa-
tion from the site in an efficient way. The system also provides
digital approval transaction carried out by the transportation
department through company’s network. This system is used along
with GlobeFleet Mobile Tracking and Fleet Management System.
Account information is created in the system for users who will
demand and approve vehicles. This account enables them to send
all demands to the department that is going to coordinate trans-
portation. This system also makes it possible for users to track their
vehicles. Demands are made through web interface with user
accounts. The transportation department follows up the demanded
and approved transactions on the system and provides vehicles to
the demands that have been approved. The duty is automatically
assigned to the vehicle when it leaves the premises and remains
"on duty" on the system until the vehicle returns. The system offers
control for the distance declared and measured by the vehicle
tracking system for the completed duties.

and track the performance of drivers matched with vehicles.
